Hello! My name is Emily Andrews and I am a Senior at LSU. I am pursuing a Bachelor’s in Science, majoring in Biological Sciences with a Secondary Education Concentration.

 

Now, a little about my current work and course work. I am currently a Physical Therapy Technician at DutchPT as well as a student teacher at Liberty Magnet. During the semesters, I am an Observation Leader at the LSU Center of Academic Success.

My upcoming course load consists of; Science Teaching in Secondary School III: Instructional Strategies in the Sciences, Biochemistry of Aging, Parasitology lecture and lab, and Instructional Models for Mathematics & Science. I will also begin my first part of the GeauxTeach Residency, which entails student teaching at Liberty High School. 

 

As a part of the LSU Distinguished Communicator Program, I have created this ePortfolio to demonstrate my writing, speaking, visual, and technological communication skills for all those interested!
